This forged chef knife is something I'm looking forward to adding more of to our arsenal. Over 18 years as a working blacksmith has informed my decisions and leaving the forged rounded bolster shows the user the process and gives comfort in the pinch position. I touched it all up with a food safe mustard patina as well. This is a slick work horse.
